The goal of my bachelor thesis lies in designing and constructing a car rear-view mirror. Considering the requested function and properties, I have decided to use the Rapid Prototyping technology – the Fused Deposition Modelling method. First part of my thesis consists the FDM method introduction and the list of materials needed. The second part covers the 3D model design and his its production. The conclusion of the thesis shows the economical evaluation of my creation.
